R1 allows you to access your enterprise files, applications, and desktops remotely, ensuring productivity outside of the office environment. If your company utilizes Citrix, R1 provides the flexibility to work from your preferred device, no matter your location. To begin, consult your IT department for guidance on how to initiate this process.

HOW TO USE R1

1. Open Citrix Receiver and select Add Account.
2. Enter the server or email address provided by your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Input your User Name and Password.
4. Choose the specific applications you wish to access.

TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Always consult your company's IT support team first:

Option 1

1. Open R1, navigate to 'Settings', then 'Support'.
2. Select 'Request Help from Support' to generate an email containing log files.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team for further assistance.

Option 2

1. In the App Store, locate R1.
2. Tap on 'Reviews' and then 'App Support' at the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. This action will direct you to the Citrix support forum where you can review documented issues.
4. To report new issues, tap the menu icon and create an account if you haven't already done so.
